with the smoke machine on high.

The Ministers of Cool, emulate and cover some very awesome
Steely Dan numbers, with jazz, rock, funk, R&C and pop.

We had to leave early, so Phyllis could prepare for,
four family birthdays, on Saturday and Sunday.

I was hoping to ask the band to play, "The Boston Rag",
one of my favourite Steely Dan tunes, but never got the chance.
Steely Dan (Donald Fagen & Walter Becker)
was popular in the mid to late 70's,
with such hits as - Do It Again - Reelin' In The Years -
- My Old School - Rikki Don't Lose That Number -
- Kid Charlemagne - Gaucho - the FM movie theme -

Michael McDonald joined the band in 1974,
doing vocals and keyboards, and was also recruited
by "The Doobie Brothers" in 1975 ... another huge success.
